ISTE is the premier forum in which to learn, exchange, and survey the field of educational technology. This annual conference—presented by ISTE and keyed to the National Educational Technology Standards (NETS)—features hands-on workshops, lecture-format and interactive concurrent sessions, discussions with key industry leaders, and the largest educational technology exhibit in the nation.

Alabama Educational Technology Conference is an Alabama State Department of Education sponsored event. Educators from around Alabama come together to learn about the latest technology resources.

United Streaming is a digital video library, sponsored by the Discovery Channel. It offers for download 4,000 videos, 40,000 video clips and thousands of images.

PEARSON SUCCESSNET
Web application delivering online curriculum for teachers and students in support of the math and reading curriculum. Science and Social Studies leveled readers are also included.
THINKFINITY
Lesson plans, student activities and reviewed Web sites. Thinkfinity resources include the Kennedy Center for the Arts, the National Council on Economic Education, the National Endowment for Humanities, the National Council of Teachers of Math, Read/Write/Think, Science NetLinks, National Geographic.
Assess Trax is a website that allows tracking, analysis, and reporting of standardized student test scores. It crosses multiple years, in order to track growth and performance trends for a single student, as well as for classroom, school, and district groupings of students.
DATA WAREHOUSE: See David Morrow or Anne Heitman for training. The warehouse is available only to those that have been through the 2 hour staff development on its use.
TRIP
Lesson plans and resources pulled from the web correlated to the Mobile County Public School courses of study. This is a Mobile County project and will soon take a new form.
EDUCATIONAL VIDEO LIBRARY - "YouTube at School" - A service of LightSpeed Systems (our Internet filter). This is where your browser takes you when you try to go to YouTube at school. But you can now submit the URLs of YouTube videos for approval. Find the videos while at home and then email the URLs to yourself at school. At school, log in with your MCPSS username and password and submit the URL for approval.
